Danish Jo Hammerborg for Fog & Mørup Nova copper ceiling pendant light - early 1960s.
This vintage, modernist light fixture is crafted of copper in three round,
graduated tiers
In 1957 Jo Hammerborg became head of design at Fog & Mørup. His incumbency
in this role was to prove the most successful period in the company’s
80-year history both artistically and commercially as he introduced a new
modernist aesthetic.
Fully working, rewired & UK PAT tested & passed (portable appliance tested)
supplied with a new minimal ceiling rose.
Size: h 19 w 37 cms approx
Condition: Medium wear, some small dents/scratches with signs of bending and some distortion to the tiers.
