Iconic Model 3100 'Ant' Chair by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen.
Model 3100 'Ant' chairs were designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1952. This piece produced in 1965. Black lacquered bentwood on steel frame.
Size: h 77 x d 42 x w 42; seat height 43 cms
Condition: Wear commensurate with age and use. Some scratching to seat, minor chips to paint in places, small amount of corrosion to bases. The back rests retain a decent level of firmness, slightly soft, minor hairline cracks in lacquer.
