A rare first edition Ernesto Gismondi Sintesi Terra white lacquered floor lamp, first edition with Cornalux bulb.
The lamp was designed in 1975 by Ernesto Gismondi for Artemide, later editions had an aluminium hood instead of the Cornalux bulb as the Cornalux Bulb was proving to be too expensive to replace and attracted complaints. The floor lamp has a new Cornalux bulb fitted.
