An Aluminium 'Studio' floor lamp. Designed by Jo Hammerborg for Fog & Mørup and released in the 1960s.
In 1957 Hammerborg became head of design at Fog & Mørup. His incumbency in this role was to prove the most successful period in the company’s 80-year history both artistically and commercially as he introduced a new modernist aesthetic.
Fully working, rewired & safety tested.
Measurements:
Height: 145 cm / 57 inches
Depth: 28 cm / 11 inches
Width: 28 cm / 11 inches
Condition: Heavy wear, mainly signs of corrosion in the form of patina to shade, signs of rust on the white painted ring inside the shade and on the main stem. Some dents, wear to base.
