A Tavolo con Ruote 'Table on wheels' designed by Gae Aulenti in 1980 for FontanaArte.
An iconic and best known design for both Gae Aulenti and FontanaArte, featuring in, amongst others, the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York and Centre Pompidou in Paris.
The inspiration was drawn from a wooden trolley on wheels which was used around the production unit for moving materials.
