A Teak and Cane Armchair designed by Hartmut Lohmeyer for Wilkhahn.
A beautifully shaped teak piece featuring a cane back rest.
Hartmut Loymeyer was trained as an architect under Egon Eiermann and also later became a furniture designer. He developed furniture particularly for Wilkhahn in the 1950s and 1960s.

Condition - Good condition especially given age of the piece. We have reupholstered the cushions in an Abraham Moon Grey Wool fabric. The cane is in good original condition, there is a break in just one piece of cane but is not visible and is has been glued.
