A pair of scarce CM 194 armchairs by Pierre Paulin, upholstered in a fabulously soft and luxurious heavy loop alpaca and wool fabric by one of the most luxurious fabric manufacturers in the world, Pierre Frey.
Black lacquered metal frame and made by Thonet in the mid 1950s.
The chairs have been fully restored, new foam and entirely new fabric. There are signs of wear to the frames consistent with age and use.
