A Mario Bellini 'Camaleonda' modular sofa for B&B Italia, newly upholstered in fluffy wool, mohair and alpaca fabric which is produced by one of the most luxurious fabric manufacturers in the world, Pierre Frey.
The Camaleonda was designed by Mario Bellini in 1971 and was manufactured first by C&B Italia and later by B&B Italia. This particular piece produced by B&B Italia during the 1970's.
This listing features two modular seating sections with two removable back-rests - you can have the sections as two individual lounge chairs also should you wish.
After featuring in the ‘Italy and The New Domestic Landscape’ exhibition in the MOMA Museum New York in 1972 the Camaleonda became a near-instant classic and is in extremely high demand right now.
