A Børge Mogensen lounge chair and footstool designed in 1956 model number 2256 for Fredericia Stolefabrik. Cubical frames made of solid oak with finger joints and cane.
We have kept the original fabric as we feel it has a great look, however, we can tailor to your choice. The chair has entirely new cane and the footstool new webbing.
The seat cushion can be fixed with a leather strap attached to the frame. The pieces have very attractive levels of patina.
Height 75 cm / 35.04 in
Width 66 cm / 25.99 in
Depth 70 cm / 34.65 in
Condition: Very good condition for age, new cane, new webbing and gentle restoration whilst retaining as much patina as possible. Being a piece from the 1960s do expect some quirks and signs of use.
